What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used devices or opened needle cartridges.
How often should I replace the needle cartridges?
Needle cartridges are designed for single-use only. Reusing needles can lead to infection, skin irritation, and decreased effectiveness due to dulling of the tips.
Do you offer a warranty on devices?
Yes, all Dr. Pen devices purchased through our store include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any functional defects or mechanical failures.
